5 techniques To help you Start The Day With A Smile !!

START THE DAY WITH A SMILE !!

This morning i  woke up sun was shining 
which makes a change for England which 
put me in a good mood straight away .

 i went through my usual routine of Gym , 
Meditation, emails, social media 

Then i came across this little master piece 
of 2 midgets doing Muay thai boxing .



Well i have never laughed so much honestly
i had tears coming down my eyes.
it has put me in such a good mood i definitely 
Started The Day With Smile . 

What if every day we wake and start the day
with a bit of comedy and have a little laugh the world would be a better place wouldn't it ?

 Lets be honest there is nothing worse when you
 do wake up and it all goes wrong ,
 you hit your toe , you spill your coffee , 
miss your train , stuck in traffic .
All of a sudden one thing after another its the worst 
day of your life right ?

WRONG…..
  you can easily so change this.
 Honestly with these couple of techniques i am 
about to share.

 You  can change your mood in split second .
So here a couple of tips that i use that will 
100% help you Change Your Mood and Start 
The Day With A Smile .

1)  Take a step back from the situation 
and use this breathing technique 

Breathe in through your nose for 5 & hold for 5
Then Breathe out for 5 hold for 5 
Do this 2 times 

Then breathe in through your nose for 5 hold for 5 
breath out through your nose for 5 hold for 5 
repeat this 7 times .

i can guarantee your mood will change in seconds 
and you will have a big smile on your face .

2) Shut your eyes Think back to a time you was
 at your most happiest doesn't matter when it was
 or where it was. 

Got your picture in your head ?

well now multiply that by 10 hold for couple of seconds 
 then 20 , 30 ,40 , 50 , 60 hold that thought for at least 20 seconds 
feels Pretty good doesn't it ??? 

3) Snap your fingers in-between your eyes
just above your nose .

 might take a couple of snaps.

Depends how bad your thoughts are and what the situation is .

The snap acts as a distraction to your negative thoughts and 
changes the frequency and vibration and thought patterns 

9 out 10 times its instant ,well it is with me anyway  (try it and find out please let me know .)

4) put your favourite piece of music on honestly 
this is so powerful can change your mood and put a smile on your face in seconds .

And if you was to put all 4 together can you imagine how powerful that would be !!
