Trauma Recovery 008 - Starting A fast

Over the last eight weeks, I have been on a  journey to recovery from a significant accident that caused substantial trauma.

To say it has been wild, like an up and down rollercoaster, but I am starting to feel a lot better, and this is hopefully the tail end of my anxiety, and I am on the road to good health again.

To update you all, I have still not had documentation from the insurance company yet, even though they said last Thursday it would be complete, so that is a little disappointing.

Dealing with insurance companies has been the worst part of this recovery; it has been very stressful and draining.

Hopefully, we will see some movement this week, but I will keep you posted.

Over the last week or so I have been preparing myself to start a fast, I previously mentioned this is one of my videos.

Fasting has vast benefits for your health, dietary, immune system and helps clears out all the crap in your body.

I have been fasting for a few years now, but not conducted one for a while. I get great benefits from fasting, as it gives me more energy and lifts me spiritually as well.

fasting really does give you a spring in your step, and I will keep you posted along my journey, I am not sure how long I will fast for this time, but I have completed four days as my most extended period in the past.

Have you fasted before, or planning too?

What benefits did you get if done in the past?

Please drop me a comment below, would love to hear about your journey too.

Recovering From Trauma - An update 007

Recovering From Trauma - An update  007

https://youtu.be/7w-KP3ulwsI

An update to my journey and recovery after my car accident, I have good news and looks like my insurance is finally moving ahead and can close the case up.

Dealing with the insurance companies has left me very stressed and was causing major panic attacks every time I had to speak to them, leaving me with significant anxiety.

Hopefully, now this will allow me to move forward on my journey and can help calm the stress and worry I have been going through.

No matter what you might be going through, stay strong and positive, there will be light at the end of the tunnel.

I truly believe that the pain and trauma I went through will reflect back in a positive light and propel me forward in my life.

I have many things in my life now all falling back into place and i feel good and starting to feel really strong in my mind again.

No1 Tip on How to Live A Positive Life

Today is time to change that thinking & this one thing has made a significant difference in my healing and recovery. Just being able to overcome or achieving something, that could help me move forward in my life all come down to Positive thinking.

After two months of not working and no income after my car accident, times were hard and it could have got me down, or I can change my language and thought patterns to something positive.

New challenges await and I can only create a positive life, If I am thinking positive.

If I woke up just because it's Monday and feel it's a SHIT day, and get all down in my mood, I would never get anything done!  Nor would I be able to move forward with my healing or my recovery and neither will you...

No matter what you might be going through, stay strong, stay positive and know that things will change, no matter what day it is.

Take it one day at a time and believe you have a better future just around the corner.
You Got This!

How I Battled My Fear & Drove For The First Time After A Major Car Accident

After an Arctic lorry hit squashed me into another car, I severely injured my shoulder and neck. I have not driven since, and today I faced my fear and drove for the first time.

I Was very nervous, has have been suffering from anxiety, panic attacks and have not been able to use my right arm after such significant damage to the muscle.

Today was a very emotional day, but it was fear I had to face and something I highly recommend, get back in the saddle and never be beaten.

No matter what you are going through never give up, and just take it one day at a time.

I personally thought it would have been a quicker process, but my body and mind had other ideas.

Now I have faced my fear and driven for the first time since being hit by a lorry, I feel a lot better and now can continue my journey to recovery.
